Cancellation Policy
Dear valued customer, We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise that may force you to cancel your car detailing appointment with us. However, we kindly request that you cancel at least 8 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. If you fail to cancel within this time frame, we will not be able to provide you with a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you understand that we have to uphold this policy in order to continue providing quality service to all of our customers.
